At Epilepsy Action, Kathryn is responsible for their UK wide helpline, befriending and Talk and Support groups. A health charity delivering services across the UK from its HQ in Leeds, Yorkshire, Kathryn has been with the organisation for over 9 years in a number of roles, including Volunteer Programme Manager, where she was responsible for establishing and delivering the core volunteering programme, including volunteering policy, strategy, volunteer management system, volunteer training and cross-departmental engagement.
